Our analytics platforms, methodologies, algorithms, and proprietary technologies are confidential and proprietary to matrixhuvexum. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our software.
Any feedback, suggestions, or improvements you provide regarding our services may be used by matrixhuvexum without any obligation to compensate you and will become the property of matrixhuvexum.

In no event shall matrixhuvexum's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you to matrixhuvexum in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, non-payment, or if we believe your actions may harm matrixhuvexum or other users.
Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
